Postage

 We now charge a flat rate of 75p on most single card orders, with envelopes, however, due to the changed Royal Mail rates, boxed cards and packs are now classed as small packets and large letters and cost  more. Postage will be shown clearly during the checkout process.

Delivery

Most orders are despatched within 48 hours and are sent by Royal Mail First Class post. If the card is to be personalised and sent direct, using a seperate delivery address, you can indicate what date you would like the card sent. If an order is particularly urgent please email info@lonepinedesigns.co.uk . If there is likely to be a delay in sending your order (ie longer than 7 days) we will email to let you know. Please allow time for delivery especially before Christmas.
