Frequently Asked Questions

Question:- Can you write on a card for me and send it direct to a relative/friend?

Answer:- Yes, most of the cards have boxes for you to add your own wording (We will print your message using a “handwriting” font inside on a white insert). You can also change the wording on the front of the card.  You will also need to enter a seperate delivery name/address in the “Different Shipping Address”. Enter the date you would like us to send the card in the “Date card to be sent” box where you add the delivery address, please ensure you allow time for delivery. If we are unsure of any of your details, we will always email you before sending the card.

Question:- I own a shop and would like to sell some of your cards. Do you sell to trade / wholesale?

Answer:- Yes, please see our bulk packs section.

Question:- Do you do Party Plan?

Answer:- We don’t do Party Plan ourselves, but we are happy to sell the cards to you for you to sell at parties either on their own or alongside other products. We can make yo up an Agents pack on request. We don’t have a standard charge for these packs as they are taylor made to your requirements. For example you may already sell childrens books and want just childrens cards to sell alongside them. Please email info@lonepinedesigns.co.uk for details.

Question:- Do you sell you cards at Craft Fairs?

Answer:- Lone Pine Designs was formerly known as Lone Pine Card Workshop and we exhibited for many years at Craft Fairs throughout the country mainly at Exhibition Team and Living Heritage Events but also at Hobby Horse Fairs, MGA Fairs and Rainbow Fairs. At the moment we have no plans to sell at fairs as we wish to concentrate on our online business.

Question:- Do you use recycled materials to make your cards?

Answer:- Yes, as much as possible we try to buy card blanks and envelopes that are made from recycled card, the rest come from replanted forests.
